The new formula is not good.

I used Pipette for ages because I am allergic to most chemical sunscreens. I recently bought a huge bottle of it, only to both look like a ghost and also get sun damage. I'm upset that I spent so much money on something that worked so well for me previously, only to be duped into a completely ineffective product.

I'm grateful for this sun screen

This is the sunscreen I was looking for. I have been using it for a few years. It's not a chemical sunscreen, it's mineral based, non-nano, and there's no titanium dioxide. And it's gentle enough for babies. I haven't been able to find another sunscreen with all of these features that I like. I wasn't using sunscreen for a while and I still had some Pipette left. When I went to the Pipette website to purchase more I saw comments regarding a change in formulation and complaints about that, so I was hesitant to buy it again. But not being able to find another sunscreen with it's good features, I decided to take a chance and buy it. I am happy I did. The Pipette sunscreen I received did not have the problems I read about in the complaints. It does seem a bit thicker and not as easy to spread when I apply it, but I apply body lotion before I apply the sunscreen and that makes it easier to smooth over my skin. Overall, I am happy with it.

    Bring back the old formula

Pipette gained its recognition and its customer base in the mineral sunblock business by its old formula. Why to change it? There are plenty of companies offering water proof sunblocks, none of them are good for every day use because of the difficulty massaging it into the skin. Not to mention the feeling of “ something sitting on top of the skin” in a hot, humid climate. You could maybe sell both versions to satisfy people who are using it when they are really outdoors. We do not need water proof sunblock for every day activities.

I hope you will bring back the old formula before you lose a lot of your customers.

    Thank you

The ONLY mineral sunscreen I'm not allergic to

I recently discovered that I'm allergic to some of the most common ingredients in skincare products. Given that limitation, and my preference for reef-safe, mineral suncreens that are EWG verified, I was REALLY struggling to find a good sunscreen. This may be the only sunscreen that fits the bill, so please please please continue excluding Phenoxyethanol and Tocopherols. If you ever start to include those ingredients, I may never be able to leave the house again. I've bought two travel sizes to keep in my purse and my briefcase, a full-size tube for longer trips, and this huge pump bottle for use at home.
